- Single user web sites for rental property don't have the volume of listings, and hence the web traffic to be very effective.
- The problem with many other larger sites is that they either:
- charge money and have not realized critical mass (hence less traffic)
- are poorly organized and inefficient (painful and inefficient to use.
- or require a third party to enter information which can be very inefficient, slow, and inaccurate!
I have been advertising on Craigslist for a while, and have been happy with the exposure on Craigslist, but there are deficiencies with Craigslist we are addressing with GridGuide. Here is how I have addressed these issues:
